Made to order Every Tap3D UK order is made specially for you from your own logo. Before we print, we send you a free digital proof and confirm where each tag, QR code or tile will take your customers. Once you confirm on WhatsApp or by email, we get printing. Dispatch time We dispatch your order within 5 working days of you confirming your proof (and your links) on WhatsApp or by email. Orders are printed, programmed and checked before they leave us. Where we deliver We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. Delivery prices - Free UK delivery on orders of £120 or more. - Standard UK delivery: £4.99 on orders under £120. - Express: £6.99 if you need your order to arrive faster once it has been dispatched. Express speeds up delivery only: it does not shorten our making time. The delivery options available to you are shown at checkout before you pay. Tracking your parcel We will message you when your order is on its way. If your parcel is late, damaged or missing If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, or it arrives damaged, please contact us and we will sort it out.
