What is a digital loyalty card?
It's a stamp or points card that lives in your customer's phone wallet instead of their purse. They add it once, staff scan it to add stamps or points, and it can't be lost or forgotten.
Do customers need an app?
No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, which are already on their phone. They just tap or scan, join and add the card.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhone customers get an Apple Wallet loyalty card and Android customers get a Google Wallet card, from the same sign-up.
How much does a digital loyalty card cost?
Plans start at £17.99 a month for Bronze, with unlimited members, free setup and free card design. Silver is £49.99 and Gold is £69.99. Rolling monthly, cancel any time.
When does it launch?
February 2027. Register your interest and we'll tell you first. Register before launch and your first paid month is half price.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 30 days free when you buy a Tap3D stand, or any Tap3D product with Live Tracking. Cancel before day 31 and pay nothing.
How do staff add stamps?
With any phone that has a camera. Staff open the scanner page and scan the member's card. You approve each staff phone, and they can only stamp: they can't see your customer list or stats.
Can I switch from a paper card or another loyalty app?
Yes. We run a 30-day stamp match: customers show their old card once and staff add the same stamps, so nobody loses what they've earned.
Who owns the data?
You do. We're ICO registered, and you get a full export of your data if you ever leave.
